Those counting down the last seconds of the old year with us will wake up to a rich Mediterranean breakfast, pamper themselves in the pools and saunas, and take long strolls by the sea. Gourmets will be delighted by the many delicacies that will make up a rich Christmas dinner.

- Ambient music will create a festive atmosphere.
We will make the last hours of 2022 unforgettable
The festive dishes of the New Year's Eve dinner will see you through to 2023, accompanied by a selection of wines.
New Year's eve dinner, 31 December 2022 at 7 pm
- At Mind Hotel Slovnija 5* dinner will be served. For this occasion we prepared a red tuna tartare, tortelloni stuffed with scampi, a barley risotto with scallops and mushrooms, a red orange sorbet and a chocolate mousse with caramel.
- At Grand Hotel Portorož 4*, some dishes are served, while others can be chosen from the rich buffet. Among other delicacies, we will spoil you with a salmon tartare, scampi soup, Istrian truffle skewerrs, a red orange sorbet and salt-crusted sea bass.
- At Hotel Riviera 4*, some dishes are served, while others can be chosen from the rich buffet. We will spoil you with veal carpaccio, a creamy crab soup, spinach dumplings, a red orange sorbet, lamb chops and selected desserts.
- The menu includes: 2 glasses of sparkling wine, 0,375 l of Malvasia Gourmet, Vinakoper or Capris Cuvée, Vinakoper and ½ l of sparkling or non-sparkling water.
- At Hotel Apollo 4* and Hotel Neptun 4*, the enriched board dinner will end at 9 pm.
Ambient music will create a festive atmosphere.
New Year's brunch, 1 January 2023 from 8 am

The delicious cakes and desserts waiting for you at Cafe Central are already festively colored.
Ingredients such as Speculaas biscuits, chocolate, cinnamon, orange jam, raspberry, gingerbread or salted caramel intertwine with crispy biscuit bases or heavenly light sponge cake. Don't miss the vegan offer and festive cake pops that will delight all kids and kids at heart.

Festive creativity is not just a preparation for the holidays, but an integral part of them. Children's joy in making Christmas cards, decorations and in socialising with their peers knows no bounds. Our animation team will once again help your kids make unforgettable memories.
