1. Finding a better offer online

If you find the same offer posted at a lower price online within 24 hours after making the reservation, send us the details of the post, and we will acknowledge the lower price and add a 5% discount. The best price guarantee applies only to online offers. The lower price must be in the same currency as ours (in EUR).

2. Send us a letter

To enforce the best price guarantee clause, we ask you to do so within 24 hours of making the online reservation and send a letter by e-mail to booking@lifeclass.net. The letter must contain your name and surname, reservation number, website name and a picture of the offer, which shows a more favourable offer with a lower price available. Unfortunately, incomplete complaints will not be considered.

3. We will check your request

The guarantee of the best price and the related discount will be recognised only if the posted lower price applies to the same type of room, the same period of stay and contains the same services and conditions as the offer and price confirmed by us. The condition is that the found offer can be booked within 24 hours from the moment of sending the complaint.
