“Let’s eat healthy and well.” is the philosophy of our hotel restaurant Herbae. In the restaurant, our master chefs prepare healthy Mediterranean dishes in front of guests using ingredients from the local environment on the basis of “petite macrobiotics” devised by the acknowledged nutritionist Mayumi Nishimura.
The LifeClass gastronomy is full of Mediterranean character and playful aromas of Mediterranean herbs, such as rosemary, basil, sage and thyme, etc. which were the basis for the restaurant's name – Herbae. Good health and well-being begin with food. Culinary pleasures of our restaurant are based on absolutely unique combinations of the gifts of Nature of the Northern Mediterranean, a homely ambience, well-being and vitality maintenance. In the kitchen of the Restaurant Herbae, dishes are carefully prepared without any white flour, white and brown sugar, and with little salt. Every day guests may indulge in a varied selection of salads, fruits, vegetables, wholemeal pasta, lean meat, fish and patisseries prepared in a healthy way – with coconut fat and dried fruits.
