In the steam bath the body is slowly overheated with steam. The sauna relaxes and cleanses our body and strengthens the immune system. The body overheats, opens the pores and accelerates kidney functioning, which eliminate toxic waste substances from the body. It improves metabolism and sleep; the skin is cleansed and becomes gentle and smooth. It also reduces tension and stress and increases resistance to colds and viral diseases.
