Extremely individual massage, tailored to the needs of the individual and his/her type of dosha. For massage we use warm Ayurvedic oil (Vata, Pitta, Kapha). It is calming and helps create a psycho-physical balance of body and mind.
The steam bath is a form of bath for sweating, where the body is slowly overheated with steam. The sauna relaxes and cleanses our body and strengthens the immune system. The body overheats, opens the pores and accelerates kidney functioning, which eliminate toxic waste substances from the body. It improves metabolism and sleep; the skin is cleansed and becomes gentle and smooth. It also reduces tension and stress and increases resistance to colds and viral diseases.
