- Thermomineral pools will be closed: November 2, 2025 – January 2, 2026;
- Sauna Park will be closed: July 1 – August 31, 2025.
Meals
- Packages with half board include accommodation with breakfast and dinner; guests can also choose bed and breakfast.
- Guests of Hotel Slovenija 5* have all meals served at their hotel.
- Guests of the LifeClass 4* have all meals served at their hotel.
- In the event of high occupancy, the hotel will organise two sittings or a double schedule for dinner at the hotel restaurant.

Deductions apply to half board packages. Deductions apply only at the time of booking; changes are not possible during the course of stay at the hotel and only the half board price applies.
