How do I become a member?

Join by filling out the online form with your information. After a successful registration, you will receive a confirmation and your membership number by email.

Will I receive a membership card?

After a successful registration, you will receive a confirmation and your membership number by email. There is no physical card.

I lost or forgot my membership number. What can I do?

You can find your membership number on the last invoice you received at the end of your stay. If you no longer have it, contact us via:

  • email from your registered address to moments@lifeclass.net,
  • phone call to +386 5 692 9001 from your registered mobile number.
How long are points and credit valid?

Points and credit are valid for two years from the date of acquisition. After this period, they are deleted from the system.

How do I earn points?

Points are earned for services charged to your room during your stay and paid on the final bill. You must identify yourself with your membership number at payment.

Points are only awarded for bookings made via our website or reservation centre. Points are not awarded for bookings through intermediaries (e.g., travel agencies, coupon portals, operators, agents, Booking.com, Expedia.com, etc.).

How many points do I earn for purchased services?

You earn 16 points for every euro spent. Points are awarded for all types of overnight stays and pension and non-pension services (e.g., sauna access, massages, cosmetic and beauty services, catering, etc.).

Points are not awarded for: tourist tax and registration fees, tips, gift vouchers, transfers, car washing services, services paid with loyalty credit or gift vouchers, event expenses (conferences, seminars) if paid by legal entity.

 

How can I use my credit?

For every 400 points collected, you receive €1 credit. Credit can be used as a discount for up to 99% of the final invoice. It cannot be used for services with 0% VAT.

Can I get the credit paid out?

No, credit cannot be paid out. It can only be used as a discount on future purchases.

How can I check my points and credit?

You can check your balance:

  • by logging into your personal profile,
  • at hotel reception desks,
  • via email from your registered address to moments@lifeclass.net,
  • by calling +386 5 692 9001 from your registered mobile number,
  • on the last invoice issued when paying for services.
