A booking made through our website does not contain any additional hidden costs or fees.

General terms and conditions

To utilise the best price guarantee clause, you must do so within 24 hours after the online booking and send a letter via email to booking@lifeclass.net. The letter must include your first name and surname, reservation number and website name with the available lower price or better offer. Incomplete complaints will not be considered.

The best price guarantee and the related discount will be recognized only on the basis that the published lower price applies to the same room type, the same period of stay and that it contains the same services and conditions as our confirmed offer and price. It must be possible to book for the published lower price within 24 hours after the complaint has been sent. Screen shots will not be considered as evidence.

The best price guarantee applies only to online offers.

The new price must be in the same currency as ours (EUR).
