Tuina massage (70 minutes)

Tuina is an ancient Chinese medicinal method of massage. The basic Tuina therapeutic massage works on the principle of the flow of energy (Chi / Qi) along the meridians. Through the use of massage and manipulative techniques the therapist focuses on the restoration of balance and the harmonious flow of energy inducing thus the natural process of healing.

Tuina massage – partial massage (20 minutes)

Lymph drainage (40 minutes)

Manual lymph drainage aims at accelerating the flow of the lymph through gentle, rhythmical, pumping movements, which follow the lymph stream. The manipulation stimulates the lymph vessels to contract and, as a result, cleanse the organism and eliminate the toxins. Lymph drainage is never carried out on the whole body, but rather on the affected parts of the body only. It is most frequently used to reduce swelling in the arms and legs, after operations and injuries and for the removal of cellulite.

Reflex Massage of the Feet (40 minutes)

By applying pressure on reflex zones on the feet we regulate the functioning of the internal organs and the organ systems. The treatment is effective in a wide range of symptoms: back pain, disturbed digestion, headaches, stress and leg pain. It also acts on inducing the hormonal balance in the body.
