Kneipp's Foot Bath

Warm swimming pool:  37 °C
Cold swimming pool:    10 °C – 15 °C

It is used to stimulate and invigorate the body. It improves the immune system as well as vegetative nervous system. It also reduces the feeling of pain and stress in the feet and improves the elasticity of the veins.

We apply the footbath in four small swimming pools, switching the feet from hot to cold water and vice versa. We always start the treatment with hot water and finish it with cold water.
