Booking confirmation or instructions on how to make a reservation shall be sent to your e-mail address. Your name, telephone number and e-mail address, provided in order to subscribe or unsubscribe from our mailing list, shall be used solely for the purposes of our e-mailing list.

When asked for personal data for a booking (namely: your name, address and credit card details) the information is transferred via SSL web security protocol. The SSL protocol ensures that your personal data is coded and transferred via secure internet connections. Coding is switched on prior to the commencement of data transfer. Beside the aforementioned, the website prefix changes from "http" to ''https'' upon entry to the security area. Confidential information that you have provided us for booking is forwarded to our Booking Department to confirm a booking. If you cancel your booking, we will store your personal information solely for the purpose of archiving. After your visit to LifeClass Hotels & Spa we will use your information for direct marketing campaigns of LifeClass Hotels & Spa.

An IP address is a number automatically assigned to your computer whenever you access the Internet. Whenever the users request access to LifeClass site, our servers record their IP address. IP addresses are used when diagnosing the problems yet remain unrelated to personal identities. Therefore, each user remains anonymous.
