Tailor-made Weight Loss programme
7 Days to a Slimmer You (Sunday-Sunday)
With the right combination of carefully selected treatments and a healthy and efficient Mediterranean diet, designed especially for our guests by our best experts in the field of health and nutrition, to a lighter and springier step. The programme is carried out under the supervision of our doctor.
It is designed to help us lose surplus weight and boost our self-confidence, simply by following a plan of appropriate exercises and treatments, and, moreover, enjoying delicious and natural, highly nutritious foods rather than having to starve ourselves. At the end of the programme you will receive our »Handbook for Maintaining the Appropriate Body Weight« providing precious advice and recipes. The package includes:
- Accommodation in double room
- 7 x Full-board based on the Mediterranean weight loss diet
- 1 x Fruit-juice cocktail for a welcome
- Basic package of thermal and health treatments at the Terme & Wellness LifeClass:
- 1 x Medical examination
- 2 x Diagnostics of physical structure
- 2 x Salt-mud (fango) pack – large (20 min)
- 1 x Classical therapeutic whole body massage (40 min)
