7-Day Body Detoxification Programme (Sunday-Sunday)
Ayurveda Detox is a detoxification programme for body, mind and spirit. Because of the increasing accumulation of toxic substances in our bodies obtained by incorrect lifestyle and nutrition, our cells become more and more poisoned and our vital body functions decrease. In order to feel better, you should first detoxify your body and only then move on to begin a correct treatment of a disease.
By means of the colon hydrotherapy carried out in a safe and customer-friendly manner using the advanced machine CleanColon, an appropriate and carefully selected diet based on ayurvedic principles, pranayama yoga and ayurvedic treatments chosen according to the type of dosha, the body is replenished with new energy, acquiring at the same time inner equilibrium and well-being.
The programme is an excellent preventive measure for all who feel consequences of the hectic pace of life. The package includes:
- Accommodation in double room
- 7 x Full-board based on Ayurvedic principle of nutrition
- 1 x Fruit-juice cocktail for a welcome
- Basic package of Ayurveda detox treatments at the Terme & Wellness LifeClass Spa:
- Entrance to the sun terraces
- Entrance to the swimming-pools with thermomineral water (whirlpools, fountain, underwater massage, underwater currents); the swimming-pools remain closed from 16 July to 26 July 2012 inclusive
