During the Ayurveda massage aimed at balancing the Vata dosha, we warm up the body with special movements and in so doing, restore the balance. The treatment makes use of a warm medicinal oil – Vata Tailam. To achieve the balance of the Pitta dosha, we perform a different massage technique, whereby we use the Pitta Tailam oil. Ayurveda massage for balancing the Kapha dosha is a dynamic and stimulating massage which breaks down surplus fat and triggers a draining effect.
