Mr Alen Kobilica spent his holiday at the LifeClass hotels

In the first days of February, we had an honour to host Mr Alen Kobilica. During his stay Mr Kobilica also visited our Spa & Wellness LifeClass complex mostly for the purpose of invigorating himself. “I feel great here, and love coming back to Grand Hotel Portorož where I always get a good rest.

Mr Alen Kobilica began his career in modelling and tourism. Since he is a passionate sportsman, he has not neglected swimming and skiing. He is a founder of the centre for blind sportmen “Vidim cilj” (“I see the finish”) as well as a swimming and ski instructor at the Faculty of Sport in Ljubljana. He often says that he saw the light when he lost his sight. Today he sees further on in the future.

As a swimmer he wishes to take part at the London Paralympic Games. In addition, he is intensively training for the 2014 Paralympic Winter Games in Sochi, where he wants to represent Slovenia in skiing.
