Ms Iva Krajnc is a big fan of Ayurvedic Therapies

The young and promising Slovenian actress Ms Iva Krajnc simply adores travelling, however, her busy timetable often thwarts her plans for relaxing holidays abroad. India is a popular destination for many, and Iva is no exception. But a journey to the distant land of Buddhism and the cradle of Ayurveda is rather long, therefore Iva opts for complete pampering at the Shakti - Ayurveda centre several times a year.

A few days ago, Iva was welcomed by friendly therapists from the Indian state of Kerala, who prepared for her an absolutely unique and unforgettable experience.  Iva tried the Abhyangam programme and got acquainted with magical effects of the Ayurvedic therapy. “Numerous rehearsals and performances take a lot of energy, so it is essential for me to take a break and have a rest from everyday hard work.  And the Shakti – Ayurveda Centre is an ideal retreat - it is a place for relaxation and a piece of India at the same time,” said Iva after visiting the centre.
