Dogs at Lifeclass Hotels

Small dogs are welcome at the LifeClass Hotels & Spa. Your four-legged friend can stay with you at any of our four hotels: the Grand Hotel Portorož, the Riviera, Mirna or the Neptun Hotel.

There is a maximum of two dogs allowed in each guest room. In order to ensure peace and quiet in our hotels and to make our guests feel safe, only nonaggressive, quiet, people-friendly, trained and house-broken dogs are welcome in our hotels.

In public areas of the hotel, owners are kindly requested to keep their dogs on a leash or hold them in their arms. Pet dogs are not allowed in elevators, thermal and wellness areas, restaurants, cafes and bars or on the hotel beach.

We kindly ask you not to leave your dogs in the room unattended.

Should you nevertheless need to do so, please inform the hotel reception desk about it and leave your telephone number with them, in case they need to contact you.

Special guests of our hotels enjoy a special treatment. Please inform us a day in advance when your room will be empty so that our staff can clean and tidy it up.

We wish to ensure peace and rest to all our guests during the night hours. In case dogs disturb night peace, their owners have to
compensate for loss and discomfort caused to guests, should they seek compensation.

Owners also have to cover the costs of repair and elimination of damage to hotel property caused by their dogs.

Dog owners are kindly asked to provide their pets with a bed and food as they are not included in the pet accommodation fee.
